It is an app and web platform, on which the company purchases a credit, which the individual worker can spend in affiliated bars and restaurants.
At the end of the meal, the worker pays directly from their smartphone.
Everything happens digitally, without the need for POS readers, paper tickets or receipts.
Billing is automatic and immediate, managed entirely by Cipay, so there is no need to ask for an invoice or collect receipts.
The mechanism through which it works is that of the "widespread canteen", whereby the restaurant or bar provides the company with a substitute service for the internal canteen, therefore with a reduced VAT rate of 4%.
